Dance UpClose is an intimate concert presented by the Texas Woman’s University Division of Dance, featuring original choreographic works by undergraduate and MFA students alongside faculty-created pieces. Designed for a more personal performance experience, the concert invites audiences into a close, immersive setting where subtle movement details, emotional nuance, and choreographic intention can be fully experienced. The works presented reflect a wide range of artistic voices, research interests, and creative processes developed throughout the academic year. Caroline performed as part of this curated concert, contributing to an evening that highlights innovation, collaboration, and the evolving perspectives of emerging dance artists within the TWU community. Dance UpClose serves as both a performance platform and a creative laboratory, supporting new work while strengthening connections between performers and audience members.
